Refunds
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
We are unable to accept returns. Only if a product is faulty will you be able to request a refund, making sure to be within the 14 days of receiving said item(s).
We do not offer refunds in the event of incorrect sizing or sizing issues. All relevant information is available in our 'sizing' page.
If approved for your refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and sort the issue.
